PREPARATION:
18-24 hrs cold maceration. Temperature-controlled fermentation (12-15 days) in stainless steel tanks at 22-28ºC. Malolactic fermentation begins spontaneously following devatting into second-use French oak barrels, where it will remain for at least 6 months. A total of 311 days in production that confer this wine’s unique personality.

Appearance: Well-rounded garnet red. Great depth. Aspect is brilliant.
Nose: Clean and high intensity. Aromas of ripe fruit combined with notes of coffee, milk and toast.
Palate: Smooth attack evolves with ripe fruit and mineral notes, slight, acidity, finish with gentle, agreeable tannins. Good length.
