PREPARATION:

Cold maceration following rigorous selection of the best bunches. Temperature-controlled fermentation for 12-15 days in stainless steel vats. Following devatting, malolactic fermentation begins in new and second use oak barrels, where the wine remains for 12 months. The wine remains a further 12 months in bottle.

Description

Appearance: Well rounded cherry red with violet hues. Great depth. Aspect is clean and brilliant.

Nose: Complex, intense aroma, reminiscent of a variety of berries with notes of toast and high roast.

Palate: Flavourful, well structured. Sensations of fully ripe red fruit, finishing with gentle, agreeable tannins. Complex retronasal aroma, filling the nose with many hints. Highly suitable for bottle ageing.
