The purchase of our products must be in combinations of 6 bottles except our AlmaMadre 2015 wine that can be purchased individually. Shipping costs will be free in the peninsula. The delivery time will be between 24h and 48h.
How to buy in our online store

Buy in our store is very simple: just choose the product, the number of units and click on the “Add to cart” button. When you are satisfied with your cart click on the “View cart” button. Then choose the desired form of payment and press the “End purchase” button. Next, the delivery data will be requested and if the chosen form of payment was “Credit card”, the payment will be requested through Cecabank’s virtual payment gateway. In the event that the payment is made through “Bank transfer” you will be shown the bank account in which the deposit must be made. The status of the order will be designated pending until the receipt of payment or confirmation of the transfer by our bank has been received.

Once you formalize your order, you will receive it at the address you have indicated on the form, in a period of 1 to 2 working days in the case of provincial capitals and 3 working days for the rest of the locations.

All our products are subjected to a rigorous quality control, under the ISO 9001 – 2008 standards of Quality in Management and ISO 22000 – 2005 of Food Quality. However, in the unlikely event of detecting any problem, you must contact the winery to solve it in the shortest possible time.
You will have 24 hours to verify that all the products sent conform to the description offered on the website. After that time, no claims will be accepted regarding the products and quantities sent and the shipment will be considered accepted. The order will be considered received when you have signed the delivery receipt. In case of receiving a product damaged by transport, contact us and tell us the order number and the problem you have had, always within a period of between 24h and 48h.
The delivery of the products will take place at the address specified in the form. It is the responsibility of the buyer to guarantee the correct delivery address. This being so, Alma Das Donas will not be held responsible if the address specified for the delivery is erroneous.
